Standard delivery: All standard delivery within Sydney Metropolitan is between 3-5 business days between Monday-Friday. For all NSW country and Interstates, New Zealand delivery time is between 4-6 business days.
For Cairns, Darwin, Perth, Launceston, Horbart, Townsville please allow 4-7 business days for standard delivery.
Please Note: All deliveries to PO BOX and Parcel Locker will have an additional 1-2 days delay for security purposes to minimise fraudulence.
Express Delivery: Purchased items are send via Sendle and Australia Post express postage. Most express deliveries are usually send out by the following business day for Sydney Metropolitan and 3 business days for NSW country, Interstates within Australia, and New Zealand. Please allow one extra business day if order is placed after 1pm.
Order Delivery Times & Delays
All deliveries are sent upon order confirmation and payment.
Due to daily fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to cancel, change or add any items to any order after 1 hour from when the confirmation email sent out. If you want to cancel or edit your order after this time frame please contact us straight away. We will attempt to organised this for you prior to the order being shipped out however this may not always be possible and we cannot guarantee that the order can be modify or cancelled then.
Delivery charges shown are only for the Australia, and does not cover other parts of overseas countries. Please contact us for delivery charges outside Australia and New Zealand before purchasing and placing order.
Please make sure that all details entered in are correct as this will allow for a smoother and faster delivery. In cases where you have wrongly entered in your details and orders are misplaced, we will not be held liable for any damages or loss caused in this circumstance.
Please make sure you do not accept or sign for any damaged parcel and notify us straight away. We will not be held liable for any damages or missing items if you accept a damaged or broken parcel. It is your responsibility to refuse damaged parcel.
Delivery times above are only indicative. V-Box will not be liable for any failure or breach should any deliveries are not received on time prescribed. In cases where delay may arise due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible.
All parcels are sent with "Authorised to leave" as the default delivery option. This allow all parcels delivered to be placed at the front door or anywhere available at the delivery address when no one is available. V-Box will not be liable for any damaged, missing or stolen parcel arising under this default option. The customer is accepting full responsibility of the parcel upon this default option once it is delivered to their specified delivery address. If you would prefer to sign for the parcel, please select the option "Signature Required" - this will ensure your parcel has to be signed for upon delivery.
Please note above charges may vary for certain order placed. Should there be changes, we will contact you to verify before shipping out the order. You are liable for any additional charges that we may incur in relation to your order.
